Order Processing Time: From Click to Ship
Before we talk about shipping times, it is important to understand our order processing time. Processing time is the period between when you place your order and when our warehouse hands the package to the shipping carrier. This includes order verification, payment authorization, product picking, packing, quality inspection, and label generation.
Standard Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days for most orders. The majority of orders (over 80%) are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day are often processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Peak Season Processing: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other major sales events, processing times may extend to 5 to 7 business days. We post notices on our website during these periods, and we encourage you to order early to avoid disappointment.
Pre-Order Items: If your order includes a pre-order product (an item that is not yet in stock but available for advance purchase), the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. We will not ship in-stock items separately unless you contact us to request a split shipment (additional shipping fees may apply). The estimated ship date for pre-order items is clearly stated on the product page. Please do not order pre-order items if you need them urgently.
Backordered Items: Occasionally, an item that was in stock at the time of your order may become backordered due to sudden high demand. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
For addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other territories, shipping times are longer and costs are higher. We use USPS Priority Mail as the primary carrier. Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days after shipment. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and zone. Free shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous 48 states unless explicitly stated otherwise. Please allow additional time for customs clearance for territories that have customs checkpoints.
Shipping to Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
We proudly ship to U.S. military addresses overseas. We use USPS for all APO/FPO/DPO shipments. Please note the following important information:

Delivery times are significantly longer, typically 2 to 6 weeks, because packages go through military mail forwarding systems.

International Shipping Carriers and Methods

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Fees
IMPORTANT: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees, or brokerage fees imposed by their country’s government or carrier. These fees are NOT included in our product prices or shipping charges. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict them. The amount varies by country and by the declared value of the merchandise.

How it works: When your package arrives in your country, customs officials may assess duties and taxes based on the value declared on the customs form (which is the actual price you paid). The carrier will typically hold the package and notify you to pay the fees before releasing it. You may be able to pay online or upon delivery.

What we declare: By law, we must declare the full value of the merchandise on the customs form. We cannot mark items as “gift” or declare a lower value. Doing so would be illegal and could result in fines, seizure of the package, or legal action.

Consequences of non-payment: If you refuse to pay customs fees, the package may be abandoned, returned to us, or destroyed. If it is returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus a restocking fee (typically 20%) and minus our original shipping cost. We do not refund international shipping charges for refused deliveries.

VAT/GST registration: In some countries (e.g., EU, UK, Australia), we may be required to collect VAT/GST at checkout for orders below certain thresholds. If that applies to your order, the tax will be added automatically at checkout and we will remit it to the appropriate tax authority. You will not owe additional import taxes on that portion. Our system determines this based on your shipping address.
We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of duties and taxes before placing an international order. Many countries have online duty calculators.
International Prohibited and Restricted Items
Certain products cannot be shipped internationally due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or safety laws. These include:

If your order total falls below $50 after a discount, free shipping will not apply. Free shipping does not apply to expedited or priority methods; if you upgrade, you pay the difference. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international orders unless a special promotion is announced.
Free Shipping Promotions for International Orders
From time to time, we may offer free or reduced international shipping for large orders (e.g., free shipping on orders over $200 to select countries). These promotions are announced on our website and via email. Check our homepage or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

What to Do If Tracking Is Not Updating

Domestic US: If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, the package may have been missed in a scan. Contact the carrier with your tracking number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please email us, and we will initiate a missing package search or file a claim. We will send a replacement or refund after the claim is resolved (typically 7-14 days).

International: Tracking updates are often less frequent once the package leaves the US. Some countries do not provide detailed tracking at all. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us. We can open an inquiry with the carrier, but please understand that international tracking may remain static until the package clears customs in the destination country.
Order Splitting and Partial Shipments
If you order multiple items and some are out of stock or on pre-order, we may split your order into multiple shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments caused by our inventory issues. However, if you request a split shipment (e.g., ship in-stock items now and pre-order items later), you may be charged an additional shipping fee for the second shipment. We will always notify you before doing so.
Shipping Insurance
We automatically insure every domestic order up to 100againstlossordamagewhileintransit.Thisinsuranceisprovidedbythecarrier(USPS,FedEx)orthroughathird−partyinsurer.Ifyourordervalueexceeds100, we strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout. The cost is typically 1.50to3.00 per $100 of additional coverage. Insurance protects you if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged after we hand it to the carrier.
To file an insurance claim for a lost or damaged package:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or within 7 days of delivery for damage).

Provide your order number and photos of the damaged package and contents (for damage claims).

We will file the claim on your behalf. If the claim is approved, we will refund you or send a replacement. If the claim is denied, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Without insurance, our liability for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation is limited as described in the “Lost or Stolen Packages” section below.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it is to have a package marked “Delivered” when you have not received it. Please follow these steps:

Check everywhere: Look around your property (front door, back door, garage, bushes, with neighbors, with building management, with leasing office). Sometimes carriers leave packages in unusual places.

Wait 48 hours: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely but actually deliver them within the next two days.

Contact the carrier: Provide your tracking number and ask for the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan (carriers record this). USPS: 1-800-275-8777. FedEx: 1-800-463-3339. DHL: 1-800-225-5345.

File a police report (for theft): If you believe the package was stolen, file a report with your local police department. We may ask for the report number.

Contact us: After completing the above steps, email us with your order number, tracking number, and the outcome of your carrier inquiry. If the carrier confirms the package was misdelivered or lost, we will file a claim. If the claim is approved, we will refund or replace the order. If the claim is denied because the package was correctly delivered and then stolen, we may offer a one-time courtesy refund for loyal customers, but we are not legally obligated to do so.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location: your workplace, a UPS Store mailbox, a locker, or a residential address with a camera. For high-value orders, purchase shipping insurance and consider requiring signature confirmation.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged (crushed, torn, wet, etc.), please take the following actions:

Before opening: Take photos of the damaged outer box or bag from multiple angles.

Open carefully: Inspect the contents. If any products are damaged, take photos of the damaged items and the packaging.

Keep all original packaging: Do not throw away the box or packing materials until your claim is resolved.

Contact us within 7 days: Email photos and your order number to lottiedelsie1vc@hotmail.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund immediately (at our discretion). For low-value damage, we may simply refund without requiring a return.
Do not use damaged products, especially lash adhesives with broken seals or cracked nail polish bottles. Discard safely.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided by Customer
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can correct the address at no charge. If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. The package will be delivered to the address you provided, and we are not responsible for any loss. If the package is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, no such number, vacant), we will refund the product price minus the original shipping cost and minus a $5 restocking fee. You may re-order with the correct address.
Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us as undeliverable for the following reasons:

No secure location and no one available to sign (if signature required)

Unpaid customs duties (international)
If we receive a returned package, we will notify you by email. You have the following options:

Reship: Pay for reshipment (shipping cost only, not product cost). We will use the same shipping method.

Cancel and refund: Receive a refund for the product price minus original shipping cost and a $5 restocking fee.

Store credit: Receive store credit for the product price (full amount, no restocking fee) plus free shipping on your next order.
We will hold returned packages for 30 days. After 30 days, they will be donated or discarded, and no refund will be issued.
Shipping Restrictions: Hazardous Materials
Certain beauty products are classified as hazardous materials (hazmat) for shipping purposes, including:

For domestic shipments, we can ship these items via ground transportation only (USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground). They cannot be shipped by air (overnight, 2-day, Priority Mail Express) because of flammability restrictions. If you order hazmat items and choose an air shipping method, we will automatically downgrade your shipping to ground and refund the difference. For international shipments, hazmat items are generally prohibited. We will cancel any international order containing hazmat items and notify you.
Holiday Shipping Schedules
During major holidays, carriers have reduced schedules and increased volumes, leading to longer delivery times. Please plan accordingly:

Thanksgiving (late November): Expect 1-3 additional business days.

Christmas and New Year (mid-December to early January): Expect 3-7 additional business days. Our final recommended order date for Christmas delivery (domestic) is December 15th for standard shipping and December 20th for expedited. After these dates, delivery is not guaranteed.

Shipping to Freight Forwarders
Some international customers use freight forwarders (companies that provide a US address and then reship internationally). We accept orders to freight forwarders, but please be aware:

Our responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the freight forwarder’s US address. If the forwarder loses, damages, or delays your package, we are not responsible.

We will not refund or replace orders delivered to a forwarder address, even if you claim not to have received the international leg.

Use freight forwarders at your own risk. We recommend shipping directly to your international address instead.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If you refuse a package because you changed your mind, we will treat it as a change of mind return. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, and we will refund product price minus original shipping and a restocking fee. If you refuse a package because it was damaged (visible), please take photos before refusing and contact us immediately.
